Glasgow City Chambers lit up with Batman’s signal as fans flock to catch a glimpse

Glasgow was lit up in honor of the Batman last night.

To mark Batman Day 2021, Bat’s iconic signal appeared on five mysterious buildings across the UK throughout the evening, including Glasgow’s City Chambers.

A huge bat signal was projected onto the building between 9:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. with eagle-eyed fans flocking to the building to catch a glimpse.

Glasgow was chosen because it was used as the filming location for the highly anticipated The Batman, which will be released in 2022. The city was also used as the filming location for The Flash – also slated for a 2022 release – which sees Michael Keaton resume his role as defender of Gotham.
