Three Chambers to work more closely together
West Volusia Regional Chamber of Commerce, Greater Volusia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Greater Sanford Regional Chamber of Commerce have signed an agreement that allows them to work more closely with each other while maintaining separate identities.
“The tri-chamber partnership agreement was created as a means of unification as well as to add value to all chamber members of each organization,” said Sherry DeCrenza, president of WVRCC. “The partnership will maintain a balance of leadership with each other. Each entity will maintain its vision and goals while providing unique member benefits.
With the signing of the memorandum of understanding, the chambers can better serve the business community in a more unified and inclusive way in a lasting relationship for years to come, DeCrenza said in a press release.
The agreement offers Chamber members the opportunity to attend a partner Chamber’s events at member prices. Members will also have access to signature events at member prices and opportunities to market their business at selected events.
The chambers recognize that by working together, they are able to offer their members the opportunity to engage in a broader network, DeCrenza said.
